La Ferme de Villeneuve begins a new chapter: welcome Luc and Félicien!

We are delighted to welcome Luc and Félicien, the new owners and chefs of La Ferme de Villeneuve.
With their arrival comes a welcome return to the spirit that made this restaurant such a success. Their bistronomic cuisine celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients, offering generous, creative and accessible dishes.
The restaurant has also been completely redesigned. Soft, elegant colours now create a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests instantly feel at home.
We are especially pleased to see part of the team reunited with Marie and Jean-François Debladis, the former owners of the restaurant. During their time, La Ferme de Villeneuve became one of the finest dining destinations in Les Sables d'Olonne, renowned for its outstanding cuisine, warm hospitality and excellent value for money.
Their dedication was rewarded with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, a prestigious distinction awarded to restaurants offering exceptional food at reasonable prices.
One of the restaurant's highlights remains the Market Menu, served at lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday. Prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the menu changes regularly according to the chef's inspiration and the finest produce available.
The biggest new addition is the Sharing Menu, a convivial dining experience designed for food lovers. It includes three starters, two main courses and three desserts to share. Simply choose your menu together, and the dishes are served in the centre of the table so that everyone can enjoy every creation. It's a wonderful way to discover Luc and Félicien's cuisine with family or friends.
