CONTEST RULES
“Weekend at Oasis Les Jardins 2026”

Article 1 – Organizer

The company Oasis les Jardins,
with a share capital of €15,732.74, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of La Roche-sur-Yon under number 410 343 099,
whose registered office is located at 2 rue Neptune, 85100 Les Sables d’Olonne, France
(hereinafter “the Organizer”),

is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary, entitled:
“Weekend at Oasis Les Jardins 2026” (hereinafter “the Contest”).

The Contest is accessible via:

Article 2 – Purpose of the Contest

The purpose of the Contest is to award one participant with:

A weekend of 2 nights for 6 people in the Acacia villa at the Résidence Oasis Les Jardins, Les Sables d’Olonne, including:

  • Acacia villa – 6 persons with private swimming pool
  • Beds made on arrival
  • Bathroom towels provided
  • End-of-stay cleaning included
  • One parking space for the winner’s vehicle
  • Heating of the swimming pool included if the stay takes place between the beginning of May and the end of September, excluding July, August and long-weekend/public-holiday weekends
  • Welcome basket with local products

Article 3 – Duration of the Contest

The Contest runs from 30/12/2025 to 29/01/2026, Paris time.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these dates if circumstances so require (see Article 10).

Article 4 – Conditions of participation

The Contest is open to:

  • any natural person of legal age on the date of participation,
  • residing in mainland France (including Corsica),
  • with a valid e-mail address,

with the exception of:

  • employees of the Organizer,
  • any person having directly or indirectly participated in the organization or implementation of the Contest,
  • as well as members of their families (spouses, ascendants, descendants).

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 5 – How to participate

To take part, the participant must:

Only one entry per person (same last name, same first name, same e-mail address) will be accepted for the entire duration of the Contest.

Any incomplete or incorrect entry, or any entry containing clearly false information, may be considered null and void.

Participation via Facebook

The Contest may be promoted on Facebook via posts from the Oasis Les Jardins page.

Actions such as:

  • “Like” on the page,
  • “Like” on the post,
  • comment under the post,

may be requested in the communication about the Contest, but only participation via the form on the dedicated web page will be taken into account for the prize draw.

The Contest is neither managed, sponsored nor administered by Meta / Facebook.

Article 6 – Prize

The Contest designates a single winner, who will receive the following prize:

A weekend of 2 nights for 6 people in the Acacia villa at the Résidence Oasis Les Jardins, Les Sables d’Olonne, including:

  • Acacia villa – 6 persons with private swimming pool
  • Beds made on arrival
  • Bathroom towels provided
  • End-of-stay cleaning included
  • One parking space for their vehicle
  • Heating of the swimming pool included if the stay takes place between the beginning of May and the end of September, excluding July, August and long-weekend/public-holiday weekends
  • Welcome basket with local products

Conditions of use of the prize

  • The stay must take place before 30/09/2026.
  • The stay is subject to the availability of the Residence at the time of booking.
  • Certain periods may be excluded (high season, school holidays, long weekends, etc.), according to conditions set by the Organizer.

The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
It may under no circumstances be converted into cash or credit.

Article 7 – Selection of the winner

At the end of the Contest, a random draw will be made from among all valid entries.

  • The draw will take place on 30 January 2026.
  • It will be carried out by the Organizer or any person designated by the Organizer.
  • The draw will be based on the compliant forms (one chance per person).

The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any useful verification concerning the identity and eligibility of the winner.

Article 8 – Information of the winner and awarding of the prize

The winner will be informed:

  • by e-mail, sent to the address indicated in the form,
  • within a maximum of 7 days after the draw.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days from receipt of the e-mail, in accordance with the procedures specified by the Organizer (for example, by replying to the e-mail).

If the winner does not respond within this period, or refuses the prize, the Organizer reserves the right:

  • either to carry out a new draw,
  • or to declare the prize not awarded.

The booking of the stay will then be made directly with the Organizer, under the conditions which will be specified to the winner (possible dates, contact details, etc.).

Article 9 – Liability

Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet.

The Organizer cannot be held liable in particular for:

  • any failure of reception equipment or communication lines,
  • any malfunction of software,
  • the loss of any entry, e-mail or mail,
  • problems of routing or response time,
  • any disruption, failure or interruption making the Contest inaccessible.

In the event of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right:

  • to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Contest,
    without incurring any liability as a result.

Article 10 – Modification, suspension or cancellation of the Contest

The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, if circumstances so require (fraud, technical malfunction, events beyond its control), to:

  • modify the terms of the Contest,
  • temporarily suspend the Contest,
  • or end the Contest early.

Where possible, such changes will be communicated on the website and/or on the Organizer’s Facebook page.

Article 11 – Personal data

As part of the Contest, the Organizer collects and processes personal data relating to participants (last name, first name, e-mail address, possibly city/country, etc.).

These data are processed for:

  • Management of the Contest: processing of entries, drawing of the winner, contacting the winner;
  • Sending the newsletter and commercial communications from Oasis Les Jardins.

The legal basis for this processing is:

  • performance of these rules for the management of the Contest,
  • consent of participants for subscription to the newsletter.

The data are stored:

  • for the time necessary to organize and follow up the Contest,
  • then, for the newsletter, until the participant unsubscribes or until the end of the retention period defined by the Organizer.

In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR and the French Data Protection Act “Informatique et Libertés”), each participant has the right:

  • to access,
  • to rectify,
  • to erase,
  • to restrict processing,
  • to object,
  • and to data portability (in the cases provided for).

Article 12 – Intellectual property

Images, texts, logos, trademarks and all elements appearing on the Contest communication media (website, social networks, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Organizer or its partners.

Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Article 13 – Disputes and applicable law

These rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the Contest that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of La Roche sur Yon. .

Article 14 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
